“Where You At?”…Boost Mobile’s service can tell you
Marketing slogans are generally goofy and say little to nothing about the product or service being advertised, but here’s a different tune, perhaps. Boost Mobile, which is the Sprint Nextel brand of iDEN prepaid wireless service, has the marketing tagline of “Where You At”.
Well, with a new downloadable application to your Boost wireless handset, Boost customers will actually be able to see where their friends are in real-time using the GPS locator on almost all Boost handset models.
This happens only if your friend has granted permission to you in order to be tracked, though. Perhaps the marketing tagline will change to read “I know where you at” soon.
